We use your data to provide coaching services, manage your account, process purchases, deliver The Hitting Lab feedback, respond to enquiries, send service notifications, protect the website and keep appropriate business records.
4. Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive payment status, payment references and customer identifiers from Stripe, but we do not store your full card details. Stripe processes payment data under its own terms and privacy notice.
5. Videos and Coaching Feedback
Videos uploaded to The Hitting Lab are stored privately and used to provide personalised feedback. Access is restricted to you and authorised M44 Coaching admin users. Private video links are time-limited and protected by authorization checks.
6. Email and Notifications
We may send emails related to your account, purchases, feedback availability, admin messages, contact enquiries and password resets. These are service messages rather than marketing emails.
7. Who We Share Data With
We use trusted service providers to run the website and deliver services, including hosting, storage, payment processing, email delivery and analytics/security tooling where used. We only share data where needed to operate the service or meet legal obligations.
