1. Who We Are

M44 Coaching is a trading name of M44 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 15599229. References to “M44 Coaching”, “M44”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean M44 Ltd trading as M44 Coaching.

2. Services

We provide slowpitch softball coaching services, including in-person coaching, team coaching, mentoring and online swing analysis through The Hitting Lab. The exact service, price and delivery details will be shown before you book or purchase.

3. The Hitting Lab

The Hitting Lab allows registered users to upload swing videos for personalised analysis. Each submitted swing analysis requires either an available credit or a completed Stripe payment.

Feedback is based on the footage supplied. Clear, well-framed video helps us provide better analysis, but we cannot guarantee a specific performance outcome from any feedback, drill or coaching cue.

4. Payments and Credits

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Hitting Lab credits are linked to your account and may only be used by you unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If you purchase credits and do not upload a video immediately, the credits will remain available in your account unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

5. Uploads and Content

You are responsible for making sure you have permission to upload any video you submit, including permission from anyone visible in the footage. You must not upload unlawful, offensive or unrelated content.

You retain ownership of your video content. By uploading content, you give M44 Coaching permission to store, view and use it for the purpose of providing coaching feedback and operating your account.

6. Follow-up Messages

Where follow-up messaging is available for a Hitting Lab request, users may reply during the message window shown in the app. Admin responses may be sent outside that window where appropriate.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

If you believe a payment has been made in error, contact us as soon as possible. Refunds are considered case by case, taking into account whether coaching work has already started or feedback has already been delivered.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not attempt to access another user’s account, interfere with the website, misuse downloads or share private feedback links with others. We may suspend or remove access if we believe the service is being misused.

9. Liability

Coaching advice is provided in good faith and is intended to support sporting development. You remain responsible for your own training decisions, safety and participation. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.
